ADRA opened Community Centres in Bratislava and Trenčín for people from Ukraine.

The Community Centre in Bratislava

*Activities in Bratislava suspended in 2025*

The following activities are organised in the Community Centre:

  • conversations in Slovak and English language 
  • meetings for the elderly
  • creative workshops
  • counselling and activities for students

The Community Centre in Trenčín

The following activities are organised in the Community Centre:

  • activities for children and youth
  • leisure activities for adults

The staff speaks both Slovak and Ukrainian.

Details

  • Services are not available on public holidays.
  • Activities in Bratislava are led by both women and men. 
  • The activities in Trenčín are led by a female team, including a teacher from Ukraine.
  • There is a set of stairs at the entrance to the building in Trenčín.
  • The Community Centre in Bratislava is located on the first floor, accessible by the lift.
  • Services are free of charge.
