We help people who, for various reasons, have lost their safety, dignity, or freedom. We have been doing this for 20 years professionally, transparently, and with courage.
We will provide you with basic advice regarding social and financial assistance, health care, education, accommodation, employment and other topics important for you on our helpline. We can also help you with interpretation and translation.
The Infoline is available on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00. We speak both Slovak and Ukrainian.
