Individual psychological counselling and therapy for children and families

Psychological counselling and therapy are provided by Natália Shtefanek, a psychologist, who speaks Slovak and Ukrainian. You can agree on the frequency of meetings as needed (for example, once a week, once a month). We provide counselling in person in Bratislava, by phone or online.

Group psychological counselling and therapy for children and young people

Group psychological counselling and therapy for children and young people are provided by Natália Shtefanek, a psychologist, who speaks Slovak and Ukrainian. You can agree on the frequency of meetings as needed (for example, once a month, twice a month). We provide counselling in person in Bratislava, by phone or online.

Support for Slovak families who take care of a child or a family from Ukraine

Support for Slovak families who take care of a child or a family from Ukraine is offered by a psychologist who speaks fluent Ukrainian, Slovak and Russian. She will provide you with support in solving social and legal issues with the help of Slovak social workers of Návrat, in relational and educational problems or in communication with relatives of children who stayed in Ukraine.

Support in integration of adolescents who come to Slovakia unaccompanied by their parents

We offer support to young people from Ukraine before and after arriving in Slovakia. We help resolve their legal status in Slovakia, as all minors under the age of 18 are considered unaccompanied minors. We offer consultations and assistance in handling documents before and after arriving in Slovakia, counselling and assistance in communication with authorities and courts.

  • The services are not available on public holidays.
  • It is necessary to make an appointment in advance by phone or via WhatsApp or Telegram (+421 948 615 108) or by e-mail at natalia.stefanek@navrat.sk.
  • Children and families from Ukraine and Slovak families or individuals who take care of them are entitled to the services.
  • The entrance is barrier-free. The access to the raised ground floor is by means of a ramp.
  • There are easily accessible toilets separated by gender in the facility.
  • The services are also provided by female staff.
  • These services are free of charge.
